Oats Or No

A strong presentation for, but long average bests all deception in overall truth.

Oatmeal was pushed for years as being part of a healthy breakfast, then it was demonized as being an insulin/fat bomb loaded with toxic byproducts. However, dumping the processed Quaker Oats and replacing them with Bob’s Steel Cut Oats was perfectly find and you’d be back in the “part of a healthy breakfast” for myriad reasons. Then, a few years later everyone is demonizing ALL form of oats stating they are insulin/fat bombs, and oats are only good for fattening cattle before being shipping to market (Dr. Gundry and others). Honestly, I’m looking at your guest and he’s quite fat and soft to my eyes. Regardless, my grandfather had the best advice about food when he said, “A little bit of everything, and a whole lot of nothing.” Me? I eat plenty of organic eggs and meats, avoid processed foods, limit my carbs to green salads and in-season fruits, and I’ll even eat porridge (steel cut oats w/whole milk and ceylon cinnamon) from time-to-time. But eating more oatmeal??? Yeah, probably not the best advice since our soil and food is so void of nutrients these days.

It seems prety clear that starches are secondary / back-up food source for humans, important for cattle, etc. On the farm, the most prized meals / ingredients by humans have always been animal flesh and fats. Even the street-eaters go for turkey-leg and kabob sticks; there is no such thing as oatlog or lettuce-head on a stick. It’s pretty tough to deny or escape that reality. As our culture has been moved from farm-fresh animal flesh and fats humans have bloated and sickened mightily. “Inversion” is the great trick of Satanica, and certainly Their ‘food pyramid’ presents such perfectly.
