Sleep Like An Egyptian Cut GERD and Sleep Better by Raising Up the Head of your Bed

Years ago, I toured Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson slept on an inclined bed, and it was pretty seriously inclined. It looked like 45 degrees to me. It was much later when I tried raising the head of my own bed. It was the best thing I ever did for GERD, with an added benefit that I could now sleep on my back without feeling like I would have apnea the minute I fell asleep. Now I hate sleeping on flat beds.
